The two hours on the Nærøyfjord were the best two hours of our whole Norway trip. Our guide pointed out a waterfall we would've completely missed and even spotted a sea eagle circling above Gudvangen. Worth every minute of the early start.
Naeroyfjord Cruise is delighted the sea eagle made an appearance — that stretch of water rarely disappoints. Thank you for sailing with us.

Stunning water, comfortable coach, guide who actually knew his history. Booked based on a friend's recommendation and now I'm the friend recommending it.
That kind of word-of-mouth means everything to a small crew. Naeroyfjord Cruise appreciates the recommendation, Trevor.

Gorgeous scenery from start to finish, and Stegastein alone justified the trip. Only reason for four stars instead of five is that our bus ran about 25 minutes behind after a traffic backup near Voss, so lunch felt a little rushed.
Western Norway's mountain roads can be unpredictable, and Naeroyfjord Cruise is sorry the delay cut into lunch. That feedback goes straight to the scheduling team.

We planned our entire Bergen stopover around this tour and it delivered on every front. The drive out along the fjord felt like a documentary come to life, Tvindefossen was close enough to feel the spray on our faces, and then the cruise itself through the Nærøyfjord was almost silent except for the guide's commentary and the occasional gasp from other passengers. Flåm gave us just enough time to grab a coffee and walk the pier before Stegastein delivered the kind of view you usually only see in postcards. My wife, who gets seasick easily, had zero issues on the boat. Can't recommend this enough.
Naeroyfjord Cruise loves hearing the whole day held together this well, including the calm water for your wife. Thank you for planning around us, Wyatt.

Breathtaking from the first fjord bend to the last. Our guide's stories about the villages made it feel personal, not scripted.
Personal is exactly the tone Naeroyfjord Cruise aims for. Thank you, Chantal.

Beautiful tour and a friendly guide, though I'd suggest padding the coffee break — it felt a bit smaller than expected for the price. The fjord views more than made up for it.
Fair point on the coffee break — Naeroyfjord Cruise will pass that along to the café partner in Gudvangen. Glad the fjord itself delivered, Liam.

Quiet, well organized, and the mountains were unlike anything at home. A calm, memorable day.
Naeroyfjord Cruise is glad the pace suited you, Haruto. Safe travels back to Sapporo.

Our guide explained why the fjord is so narrow geologically, which made the whole cruise more interesting. Lunch was simple but tasty, and Stegastein at the end was a perfect closing view.
That kind of curiosity is what keeps our guides digging into the geology. Thank you for the kind words, Sana.

I have taken fjord cruises in three different countries now and this one stands apart because of how the whole day is paced. Nothing felt rushed, yet we still covered an enormous amount of ground — waterfall, lake, fjord cruise, village, and mountain viewpoint, all before dinner. The boat crew let us stand outside the whole way through the narrowest section, which was the highlight for my camera. I would tell anyone visiting Bergen that this is the one tour worth prioritizing over the others.
High praise from someone who has compared fjord cruises across three countries — thank you, Kenji. Naeroyfjord Cruise works hard on exactly that pacing.

Even growing up near Scandinavian coastline, the Nærøyfjord still left me speechless.
That means a great deal coming from someone who grew up along the coast. Thank you, Elin.

Solid tour with a knowledgeable guide and a genuinely dramatic fjord crossing. The only downside was a fairly early wake-up call for those of us staying further from Strandkaien, but that's more a Bergen logistics issue than anything the tour could control.
The early departure keeps the crossing calm before afternoon boat traffic picks up, but Naeroyfjord Cruise appreciates you flagging the logistics, Gustaf.

We debated between three different fjord tours from Bergen and picked this one for the Stegastein stop, which turned out to be the right call. The viewpoint alone is worth the ticket price, and the boat ride through the Nærøyfjord was the calm, scenic centerpiece we were hoping for.
Naeroyfjord Cruise is glad the comparison worked out in our favor, Merle — Stegastein tends to close the day on a high note.

This was the centerpiece of our two weeks in Norway and it did not disappoint. From the moment the coach left Strandkaien, the guide gave context for everything we passed, from the farms along the Osterfjorden to the folklore behind Tvindefossen. The Nærøyfjord section felt almost otherworldly, with waterfalls dropping directly into the water and villages tucked into impossibly steep hillsides. We happened to have a clear day for Stegastein, and the views down the Aurlandsfjord were unforgettable. Booking this early in our trip meant we had a benchmark that nothing else quite matched afterward.
Setting the benchmark for the rest of your Norway trip is exactly the kind of thing Naeroyfjord Cruise hopes to hear. Thank you, Friederike.

Coming from the French Alps, I wasn't sure a fjord could impress me the way mountains do, but the scale of the Nærøyfjord is genuinely different. Vertical rock walls straight out of the water. Excellent guide as well.
An Alps local finding the fjord genuinely different is a great compliment. Merci, Aurélien.

Lovely tour overall, though the bus felt a little full on our departure date. Views made up for it completely.
Peak season can mean a fuller coach — Naeroyfjord Cruise is looking at seasonal capacity to keep things comfortable. Thank you, Manon.

Booked this on a whim during a weekend in Bergen and it turned into the highlight of the whole trip. The Nærøyfjord crossing was silent and still, almost eerie in the best way, and Flåm was charming enough that we wished we'd budgeted more time there.
A weekend whim turning into the trip highlight is exactly what Naeroyfjord Cruise hopes for. Thank you, Fenella — noted on the Flåm time.
